As a furloughed chef, my passion for cooking was being suppressed. I needed to make food! On a Friday and Saturday evening, I began serving from my home kitchen. As it gained traction, I invested in a large BBQ and gazebo, as restrictions eased, we hit the road! Pop-ups and private events were so much fun! When the opportunity arose to take on a cafe around the corner from my childhood home, I jumped at it! The cafe has been a work in progress, from decorating to tinkering with the menu to get it just right. Myself and the team strive to ensure our customers are not just served great food but have a dining experience to match!
