Our Story
As a furloughed chef, my passion for cooking was being suppressed. I needed to make food! I started by serving from my home kitchen on Friday and Saturday evenings, and it quickly gained traction.
After investing in a large BBQ and gazebo, I hit the road for pop-ups and private events—which turned out to be an absolute blast. When the chance came to take over a café just around the corner from my childhood home, I knew it was the next big step.
From redecorating the space to fine-tuning the menu, it's been a hands-on journey. Today, myself and the team strive to deliver not just amazing food—but an experience our customers remember.
